Evolved bolsters Sales team with two senior hires

We’re pleased to announce two senior hires in our Sales department to drive the business’ commercial efforts, with a new Head of Sales and Sales Lead joining our team.

Richard Gray joins as Head of Sales following a decade of experience leading sales teams in large digital businesses, including Sage plc and Visualsoft.

He will be responsible for the overall Sales strategy, transforming our approach, developing talent within the team, and leading them to deliver against Evolved’s ambitious growth targets.

Phill Lumley has taken the role of Sales Lead and will support the leadership of the Sales function and be a driving force for engaging with eCommerce retail businesses, bringing 6 years of experience in eCommerce and digital businesses.

Speaking of his new role, Richard said: “Evolved has been a force to be reckoned with for a while now and when the opportunity to join the team came up, I knew I wanted to be part of the exciting plans. We have big ideas to fulfil and I’m really looking forward to doing my part to see them to fruition, alongside a hugely talented team doing great things in their respective disciplines.”
