Seven Senior promotions across the Evolved team

It’s been a busy few months here at Evolved HQ, with our recent rebrand going live, along with our partnership with Eximo being announced, new Sales talent joining the team, and the start of a brand new financial year for us as a business. As equally exciting, we’ve also promoted seven people within the agency to senior roles.

First of all, Hayley Fell has been promoted to Operations & Delivery Director, taking more of a lead in how we work and deliver for clients as an agency. Hayley has been an instrumental part of the team – and our leadership – since she joined back in 2017, so it’s great to see her take another step up.

We’ve also made a few changes to the organic search department, creating new and exciting opportunities for Lauren Green and Laura Carroll, each stepping up into Team Lead roles. Lauren will be our new Creative Content Lead, whilst Laura will be the Onsite Content Lead. These changes provide the chance for Lauren, Laura, and the rest of the team to thrive in their respective disciplines.

Over in the paid marketing team, we’re delighted to see Jasmine Burn take the role of Paid Marketing Team Lead, overseeing more of our paid offering and managing within the team, whilst providing strategic support to our Head of Paid Marketing, Louaay.

Autumn Wiberg-Roberts is also taking a step up and is now Senior Content Marketing Consultant, Craig McMenemy has been promoted to Senior Paid Marketing Consultant, after making a phenomenal impact since he joined us just over a year ago, and Harley Young has taken a step up to Senior Account Manager within our Client Services team.
