We’re a community. And this is your chance to join an agency that values belonging, work-life balance, and personal development over everything else.
Honesty is the fastest way to prevent a mistake from turning into a failure. We are all in this together and encourage inclusive conversations that allow everyone’s voice to be heard.
With pride comes purpose. We champion each other to strive for better and celebrate our accomplishments together. We are quietly confident and proud of what we do and stand for.
We’re on an exciting journey with big goals and have a clear path ahead for every individual and the agency as a whole. We learn from where we’ve been and always ask what’s next on the horizon.
We consistently strive for excellence, leaving our comfort zones behind to think bigger and beyond as individuals and as an agency. It’s what sets us apart.
We are all accountable and rely on each other to work autonomously and collectively deliver as a team. We respect everyone’s time, effort, and decisions.
We recognise that we’re all very different and celebrate that. We build a space for everyone to be themselves, as equals, and feel part of a group that wants to make a difference.
Wellbeing is at the forefront of our people strategy so our team work a 32-hour, four-day week, with no loss to pay, holidays, or benefits. The idea is to ensure our team returns to work each week following a three-day weekend well rested and raring to go.
We don’t sit still when it comes to development and we expect that of our team too. That’s why our training budgets, personalised career, and development opportunities are one of the most utilised benefits. When you join us you will be given an individual annual training budget to spend on informal or formal courses to develop your skill set.
To support CPD (Continued Professional Development) we use our tri-annual appraisals and monthly 1-2-1s to plan out formal and informal CPD. Most of our team are working towards the job role above their current post and progression routes are clear.
Our premium private physical and mental health insurance policy provides a GP service in real-time. Support as soon as you need it, covering pre-existing and new medical conditions.

Our city-centre office boasts a social hub, free parking, break-out spaces, free snacks, soft drinks, and great places to grab a drink or dinner nearby. Hassle-free plug-and-go hot desks with our office booking system.
With our four-day week and additional 52 days of leave per year, we encourage our team to take their holidays in blocks of weeks, giving them time to return to work fully rested following a period of total switch-off. Our enhanced offering is 36 days’ leave.
Our social committee, the Involved Team, supports internal well-being and connecting as a team, as we know not everyone likes to just go to the pub. We arrange a broad range of social activities, so there’s a little something for everyone, as well as our big Summer and Christmas parties.
We are committed to encouraging equality, diversity, and inclusion among our team, and eliminating unlawful discrimination at all costs.
The aim is for our team to be truly representative of all walks of society and for our employees to feel they belong, are respected, represented, and valued within our team. And in doing so they will be able to give their best to our people and within their work.
We aspire to have a diverse physical and virtual workforce because, in our view, diversity enables better business outcomes. We also believe that a more inclusive workplace, where people of different backgrounds work together, ensures better outcomes for all employees. From application and interview to onboarding and employment, we place inclusion at the heart of all we do.
Training and development are a top priority at Evolved. We’ve had members of the team join straight out of education and progress to Senior levels within the business in the space of a few short years.
Over the past year, 100% of our employees have been part of an employee development program, whether that’s practical on-the-job training, formal qualifications, or initiatives such as our Mental Health First Aid training, mental health advocacy, or accreditations through relevant third parties.
“The Evolved Way” provides employees with the first 4-6 weeks of structured induction into their role and team, allowing them the time they need to understand the business, and we offer tailored roles or career development, through succession planning and our performance management processes, including monthly 121s, tri-annual appraisals, and allocated time each month for personal development.
Our roles come with a little giving back, each year we offer everyone the opportunity to get involved in a range of charity activities with a bank of personal hours, from fundraising for bake sales to digital marketing support for charitable organisations.
We’re proud supporters of a range of fantastic causes, both nationally and regionally, taking the lead of our team members to contribute toward the things they care most about. We’ve taken on physical challenges, arranged bake sales, volunteered our time, and are always planning more ways to do our bit and give back to the community.
