Martyn Addison promoted to Associate Director of Performance
We’re thrilled and proud to share that we’ve promoted Martyn Addison to Associate Director of Performance.
Addison, 31, joined our multi-award-winning agency back in 2020 as Head of Performance & Growth and will now be taking on a more significant role within the senior leadership team, the first of its kind in the agency. He will be responsible for the performance of all clients and the evolution and growth of all performance marketing services offered, working closely with MD Tom Etherington and Operations & Delivery Director Hayley Fell, to ensure we remain a leader in our field.
Martyn will also be ensuring the integration of different services remains a focus and delving deeper into understanding clients’ businesses and how Evolved can continue to help to make a big impact.
Speaking of his new role, Martyn said: “I’m really grateful for the opportunity to support the wider agency and to help take our client results to the next level. ‘Performance’ is a term that can mean many different things to different businesses, and right now we have a fantastic opportunity to really understand what this means for each of our clients, broaden our scope, and further develop our proposition accordingly.”
Our MD, Tom Etherington, added: “Martyn has been thoroughly committed to improving performance since he joined us almost three years ago, and I’m delighted to be able to promote him to this crucial role within the business.
“When times get tough, performance becomes more important than ever and agencies like ourselves are under more pressure to deliver. We hope that putting such a significant emphasis on this will ensure our clients are growing in line with their hopes and expectations, and that we can remain a key player in their continued success”, he continued.
