A Northern Digital Awards hat-trick

Evolved were the biggest winners of the night at Thursday’s Northern Digital Awards 2023 with three separate winning entries, including Search Agency of the Year, Integrated Agency of the Year, and the Rising Star award for Ellie Morgan.

We’re delighted to have held onto our title of Search Agency of the Year for the third year in a row now, following wins in 2021 and 2022. Agency categories are notoriously tough, with, as you might expect, the most accomplished agencies in the North vying for a win. It’s a privilege to have our efforts recognised for a third year running.

In addition, the Integrated Agency of the Year award is particularly special, given our new proposition for clients and the formation of our two specialist sector agencies.

Our third win of the night was down to Ellie Morgan, Digital PR Consultant, who was crowned Rising Star. It’s her second Rising Star award win in as many months and we’re immensely proud of her achievement.

The Rising Star category is awash with talented individuals aged under 25 making waves in the digital industry. Ellie has been making quite the name for herself in Digital PR, having appeared on The PR People podcast and recently speaking for the London SEO Meet-up, as well as running Twitter accounts dedicated to helping other professionals in the industry.

Jasmine Granton, Digital Content & PR Lead, said: “I am delighted to see Ellie win another award for her achievements and contributions, it’s so well-deserved. She’s already built a fantastic career for herself, at the age of 21, so it’s really only upwards from here!”

Speaking of the overall wins on the night, Tom Etherington, Managing Director, added: “I’m really proud of this latest batch of award wins – it’s great to have the nod from this esteemed panel of judges that we’re at the top of our game, against some really tough competition. We have a lot to achieve in 2023 and this is a great start to the year.”
