We're officially one of the UK's Best Workplaces

Last night we spent the night in London for the Great Place to Work “UK’s Best Workplaces Awards”, which is the annual announcement of the 2022 Great Place to Work list rankings. We were blown away to have been placed 11th in the UK from a brilliant lineup of 80 companies that truly go the extra mile to create a wonderful employee experience.

Our scores and making the list means such a great deal for us as it’s not only recognising the first year we have been part of the accreditation, but it was the first physical award we have been given to recognise the hard work we put in when it comes to creating a memorable and rewarding employee experience.

The 11th place ranking was based on last year’s employee scores in the Small category (Feb 2021), however, we have recently re-surveyed as a medium-sized business thanks to our phenomenal growth and are excited to see how we get on throughout 2022.

Our scores for 2022 and last night’s achievement are testament to our team and ever-increasing efforts to create a genuinely great place to work for our People. Here’s a snippet of our results from the most-recent GTPW survey:

• For the second year running (despite doubling our team), we have secured a 100% score. This means that every single person in the business has rated Evolved Search as a Great Place to Work.
• Average of all statements 99% – This rating means our average across all questions from the survey answered by the Evolved Search team was 99%, which is 3% higher than last year’s results.

We also scored:

• 100% for Caring
• 100% for Collaboration
• 100% for Camaraderie
• 100% for Communication
• 100% for Leadership behaviour
• 99% for Respect
• 99% for Credibility
• 97% for Fairness

Great Place to Work is a global initiative that highlights and celebrates the businesses that are going above and beyond to, well, be a Great Place to Work, and we’ve been honoured over the past year to feature on lists such as the Best Workplaces in Tech, Best Workplaces for Women and Best Workplaces for Wellbeing and now, of course, as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces.

We’re hoping for much of the same over the coming year and can’t wait to take our latest award back to the office for our ever-growing awards shelf!
